Paul's Bio
A carpenter by trade with extensive experience in construction management, Paul Fried has a vast knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
Spending winters in the cold framing houses Paul decided that he would much rather be calling the shouts from a warm office. Going to night school for construction management and landing a job as an assistant construction super, he was on his way.
Paul worked for some of the countries largest real estate developers learning all he could about real estate and construction.
He started a company called Steel Homes, specializing in light gage framing of single-family homes.
In the 1990’s Paul began to develop real estate in Hoboken, NJ and developed several mid-rise and hi-rise properties.
Paul got into distressed real estate opportunities in 2012 and has bought and sold a number of single family homes.

Laura Aquino is a former finance executive in a top NYC media company for 17 years. Her focus was to maximize revenue for a $1B+ division. She has held a variety of positions throughout her professional career managing staffs in the customer service industry. Her professional experience has allowed her to assist many organizations improve processes resulting in maximizing profit and growing their businesses.
She studied at NYU for her undergraduate degree and received her MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.
