Statewide Equities focuses on residential properties in New Jersey. We believe there will always be a market for a home in New Jersey. With its proximity to New York City and Philadelphia, New Jersey is an incredibly desirable place. There is access to 3 international airports, a major railway, and the seaport. Seasonally one can enjoy the beaches, the farms, or go skiing, New Jersey has it all. 

Many of the properties we purchase are acquired at auction. Our goal is to purchase at 40-60% of current market, put in as little money as possible, and sell at 85-90% of current market. With our sister company, Jewel Contracting, we can control the renovation schedule and cost.
